Who We Are
Bread & Butter Hospitality has created some of Staten Island’s most beloved restaurants. Our family of restaurants offers outstanding food, drink and a truly unique atmosphere at each one of our restaurants, all delivered with our signature warmth and hospitality.
Founded by Chef/Owner Peter Botros with the opening of The Stone House at Clove Lakes in 2014, our company has expanded to ten restaurants in the New York City area and even expanded to the Catskills.

Bread & Butter Hospitality strives to make a positive impact, both within and beyond the confines of our restaurants. We firmly believe that by extending our warm hospitality to the communities we serve, we not only enrich our own culture but also fortify our business.
Bread & Butter Hospitality has long supported our community and neighbors through fundraising events and is the proud recipient of many awards and accolades for our distinct style of hospitality, including distinctions by The James Beard Foundation and The New York Wine & Food Festival.
Bread & Butter Hospitality has made one of the largest donations to Staten Island University Hospital's Florina Cancer Center and have pledged to continue our support by increasing our commitment to $500,000.
