Peter Botros
Founder, Chef
Peter Botros has been involved in the restaurant industry in some way, shape or form since he was thirteen years old. His passion for food and hospitality, coupled with his entrepreneurism, led him to realize his dream of opening his very own restaurant, The Stone House at Clove Lakes, in 2014 at the age of twenty-eight.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurial Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University and double Masters Degree in marketing and finance. He became a well-respected Mortgage Banker and Senior Loan Officer with US Mortgage before turning his passion as a self-taught Chef into his full-time career in the hospitality industry.

Philip Farinacci
Partner, Bread & Butter Hospitality
Philip Farinacci's has been in the the real estate business for more than 40 years, first starting as a sales agent, becoming a broker and then opening his own office.
As he progressed through the brokerage business, Phil began to purchase run down properties and fix and flip them. He soon graduated to build new construction one and two family houses. While always desiring to create new businesses and keeping his eyes open to different opportunities, Phil opened a compact disc store, followed by a large restaurant in a commercial center he was developing. Marc Zurlo
Partner, Violette's Cellar
Marc Zurlo is a native Staten Islander who graduated from Monsignor Farrell High School and attended Elmira College. Marc began his career as a Building Developer in 1996, joining ZF Building Company working alongside his father, Founder Ralph Zurlo in a true family business - ZF meaning Zurlo Family!
Always a people person, as well as whiskey enthusiast, Marc began his career in hospitality in 2007. In
February 2008 he married Irina. Marc went on to open Joe Broadway Billiards and Sports Club in

Antonio Vasquez Flores
Executive Chef, The Stone House at Clove Lakes
Antonio emigrated from Mexico to the United States in 1983. His first job upon arriving in the US was as a dishwasher. In 1987, he started working at Toto’s, a prominent family-owned restaurant on Staten Island. The Toto’s owned several restaurants and event venues and Antonio found himself quickly rising through the ranks of a restaurant kitchen. In 1989, he was named Sous Chef at the highly touted South Shore Country Club and Golf Course. For the next fifteen years, he was in charge of both the a la carte and banquet facilities. In 2005, Antonio landed a new position as Executive Chef of The Lake Club. In 2012, he left The Lake Club and had several brief stints at high-end restaurants around NYC. In 2014, he was hired as Executive Chef of The Stone House at Clove Lakes.
