Violette's Cellar is a chic subterranean, Staten Island speakeasy offering a range of classing American dishes, hand-crafted cocktails, and professionally paired wines of all kinds. It's located on Hylan Blvd in the New Dorp area of Staten Island, easily accessible to multiple outside areas like Brooklyn and New Jersey via the Staten Island Expressway. Violette's offers a one-of-a-kind atmosphere on Staten Island found nowhere else with its rustic charms and 1920's-styled, purple-accented speakeasy aesthetic.
Partners in this restaurant and venue include award-winning chef Peter Botros - The Stone House restaurant owner and Chef’s Loft head chef and owner. Marc Zurlo joins him as a partner along with Philip Farinacci - two restauranteurs with many successes under them.
Violette’s presents itself as a sort of maze of different rooms, all unique in their atmosphere and purpose. Hand-designed furniture and decor throughout to give it that early 20’s speakeasy vibe and wine cellar look throughout. The dining rooms are available both as a guest for dinner and to host private parties, complete with small to large-sized rooms from parties as small as 4 through full-scale events.

As part of our mission, we have made one of the largest donation pledges to Staten Island University Hospital’s Florina Cancer Center. A portion of every dollar spent at Violette’s will help us to continue making strides in the battle against cancer. We offer a 20% discount on all Food and Drink for SIUH Employees every Thursday.
